We ship orders within 24 hours during working days. Orders are not processed during weekends, Bank holidays and national holidays.

After your order is shipped the manager will inform you parcel tracking number which you can use to see where your parcel is and when it is to be delivered.

If you noticed some defects while unboxing terminals, please contact us providing details of the issue.

When you purchase any of myPOS terminals, our managers will help you activate your terminal and register a merchant account. myPOS merchant account includes many financial features, so registration involves some verification procedures like with financial institutions according to legal regulations of the EU.

After you submit your order inquiry our manager will contact you with shipping and total costs. Once you confirm the amount, you will receive online payment request and will be able to pay it online with your credit card.

We offer two shipping options: DHL and DHL Express. Fees and rates are available at www.dhl.de

Yes. All myPOS terminals are covered with myPOS product warranty. If you detected some defects on glitches in performance of terminals please contact our customer support.
